We treat all individuals with respect. We will not allow discriminatory practises. Additionally, we do not share information collected with anyone
but the client concerned. We guard against discrimination on any grounds, by measuring candidate success rates against applicants' backgrounds.

We understand that a company's requirements do often change. We are proactive
in addressing these changes, identifying new requirements immediately and
turning problems into solutions. As we work with a large and diverse team
of professional Associates, we can scale up and down very quickly and address
even very specialised requests on demand.
- Timeliness
We agree every delivery timeline with our client at the initial stage of
consultation and respect these timelines very precisely. We keep the organisation
we are working for informed on progress on a regular basis (timeframe to
be agreed as part of the contract). Within the recruitment area, we are
committed to reviewing any application we receive in a maximum of 2 weeks
(minimum of 2 working days), providing a response to both successful and
unsuccessful candidates.
- Making a Difference
It is important to us to give back to the community some of the experience
and knowledge we have built over the years. Without providing any Company
details and based on our observations, we provide feedback to universities
on skills students need to develop and how they can be developed. When invited
to do so, we run seminars and other skills development workshops. We never
compromise confidentiality of the work we do, but when possible, we help
others improve their skills and chances for the future.
